“Please may I have a copies of:
1. all “Other information collated in the build up to this consultation and used to inform the Master Plan includes previous consultation results”.

A: All the relevant information requested will form part of the supporting documents for the HLF bid.  These reports are being finalised and will be available once they have been completed in August/September. 

2. all “data from workshops and meetings held with service providers (council officers, statutory bodies and third sector organisations), local residents, community group representatives and minority groups.

3. all “historic maps, images and written documents”.

A: Relevant maps, images and written documents we have access to will be available in the Conservation Management Plan which is being prepared for the HLF bid and this report will be available once it has been completed in August/September.

4. all information from “heritage park design professionals”. 

A: The proposals have been developed as part of an iterative process in conjunction with Land Use Consultants who are experienced in heritage parks restoration.  Their contributions are included in the Master Plan designs, Conservation Management Plan and Management and Maintenance Plan which make up part of the supporting documents for the HLF bid; these reports will be available once they have been completed in August/September.

Written correspondence with Virginia Heinza has already been submitted as part of FOI/252/11.

Other consultees with conservation experience include the Council’s Conservation Officer (who has been in correspondence with Mr Quine in the past regarding the council’s Conservation Team’s views on this matter)
